Hi there, I am Sonya Black-Harris  and I am the CEO of Black Beauty Industries LLC DBA Black Beauty Hair Gallery. I am a Professional Cosmetologist and Healthy Hair Care Specialist  and I’ve been in the cosmetology industry with over 33 years of experience. Black Beauty Industries LLC, was established in October 2022 to create a platform for organic and natural hair care products. I absolutely love what I do and I love making my clients look and feel beautiful inside and out. It’s certainly been therapy for me and I’m sure for my clients as well.

As a cosmetologist my main objective is to maintain strong healthy hair, first and foremost. I am old-school so I still stick to the basics as well as continue to educate myself on innovative and current product knowledge. 

After doing lots of research and many test trials, I developed my first product Black Beauty Hair Food Serum which was formulated   to nourish the hair from the roots, reduce dryness and itching, moisturize the scalp, to maintain healthy hair and promote healthy hair growth.

 Before  I get into my product I want to tell you a short story of why I designed it. In January 2022, I was infected with Covid 19 virus and after I healed and recovered, I noticed that I suffered a tremendous amount of shedding and  hair loss in certain areas of my crown. I later learned that hair loss was allegedly an after effect of the virus. I was already dealing with thinning hair in my crown due to certain meds but I noticed I had patches of abnormal hair loss as well. 

Needless to say I started treating my hair for the hair loss. I used a few products that I knew would help with restoring healthy hair and healthy hair growth. I was also familiar with a few hair growth oils that I had used individually in the past. But then I decided to do more  research on natural organic oils, that really work well together, to retain accelerated healthy hair growth.
